Zurum is an AI-powered website-building service. Customers interact with Zurum through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram to design, build, host, and publish their websites. This policy covers the Zurum service and this website (zurum.co).

2. Information we collect

Messages and instructions you send us (for example, describing the website you want, or requesting edits), so we can build and update your site.
Contact identifiers such as your WhatsApp/Telegram profile name and number/ID, used to identify your account and reply to you.
Media you upload (such as a logo or reference image) to include in your website.
Website content you create through the service.
Billing information when you make a payment. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.
Basic technical data such as timestamps and message metadata needed to operate the service.

3. How we use your information

To design, build, host, and update the website you request.

To process payments and manage your account and credits.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.

4. WhatsApp & Meta

When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta). Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's own privacy terms. We use these messages only to provide the Zurum service to you.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate Zurum — for example, hosting providers, our AI/design infrastructure, and payment processors — and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information and website content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and as required to comply with our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data (see "Your rights").

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may ask us to stop using it. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.

9. Children

Zurum is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
