You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You agree not to use Zurum to create or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes others' rights. In particular, you may not use Zurum to:

You retain ownership of the content you provide (text, images, logos) and of the website built for you. You grant us the permissions necessary to build, host, and display your site. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you supply.
Building and previewing a website is free. Publishing a website requires a fee (which includes hosting and domain), and edits may use credits you purchase. Fees are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by third-party processors. Except where required by law, published/annual fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
When you publish, we can register or connect a domain and host your website. Domain registrations are subject to the registrar's terms and are generally non-refundable once registered. You are responsible for renewing your subscription to keep your site and domain active.
We work to keep Zurum available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Zurum operates over third-party platforms such as WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services.
Zurum is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, and our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Zurum at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zurum after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
